I have actually spent my whole life living in Ireland and have yet to actually see the Cliffs of Moher! If you like coastal areas, you might want to check out ‘The Gobbins’ as they have just reopened and there wouldn’t be too many tourists (yet) – http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-33981824
